Tuition and Fees

Tuition ensures the consistent operation of our program and the highest quality of care and instruction.

Our tuition structure reflects the costs of staffing, curriculum materials, enrichment activities, and facility upkeep.

Payment Schedule:
  • Tuition is due on the first of each month (or Friday of every week), depending on your plan.

  • Payments can be made via [cash/check/online portal/Zelle].

  • A late fee of $15 will be charged for payments received more than 2 days past due, and continue daily from there.

Absences and Holiday:
  • Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. Because staffing and expenses continue regardless of absences, missed days (including for illness or vacation) are not refundable or credited.

Withdrawal Policy:

We request two (2) weeks’ written notice prior to withdrawal. If notice is not provided, tuition for the notice period will still be due. If child is pulled before said 2 weeks, full tuition besides non-refundable charges will be returned. Read Handbook for more.

Additional Fees:
Base tuition depends on your child's needs and the program you choose, but listed below are additional fees you may see and require during the enrollment process.
Enrollment Fees:

  • A non-refundable registration and Enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment. It also covers paperwork and application fees.

 

  Annual Fee: $125.00 per student

  Charged once per pod year or upon enrollment.

  • A security deposit equal to one week’s tuition may be required to hold your child’s spot. (Waitlist season)
